The first thing you should know about Rory Wells is that he is an optimist.  He truly believes as long as you are still alive success is possible, things can get better or you can contribute to others in a way that has eternal value.  He is passionate about appreciating the moment and recognizing that life is meant to be lived.

Rory Wells is a licensed, attorney and member of the New Jersey Bar.  As an Assistant Prosecutor with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, he prosecuted hundreds of cases including robberies, thefts, drugs cases and aggravated assaults while always trying to assess with fairness and justice.  After seeing numerous people interact with the criminal justice system as a result of terrible decisions, difficult circumstances or a lack of hope, the desire to impact people positively in a greater way rose up.

Rory Wells receives numerous requests to speak in the community and has spoken publicly to thousands of people in his professional career including law enforcement, military, non-profit, students and citizen groups on a range of topics including safe social media, anti-drug lifestyle, decision making and generational differences.

Rory Wells served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Regent University School of Law, Virginia Beach, VA.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in government and public administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, NYC.
